Registration & Responsibilities

Minimum age to create an account is 13
Information provided must be valid and current
Keep your login details confidential
Account sharing is not allowed
Report any security issues immediately

3. Player Behavior Rules

As a xplodescore user, you agree to fair gameplay and pledge not to:

Use cheats, scripts, or unauthorized software
Harass or intimidate other players
Share offensive or explicit content
Access others’ accounts or data unlawfully
Cause disruptions to servers or gameplay
Buy, sell, or exchange accounts

4. Digital Goods & Purchases

Virtual Economy

Credits: In-game currency has no cash value and can’t be traded or transferred.
No Refunds: All purchases are final unless required by law.
Adjustments: We may alter or remove virtual content at our discretion.

5. Ownership & Rights

All assets, visuals, and branding related to xplodescore are legally protected and exclusively owned by us.

6. Account Suspension or Ban

We reserve the right to restrict or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Impacts of Suspension:

You’ll lose access to your account
All progress and digital goods will be lost
We do not issue refunds on banned accounts

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for indirect or accidental damages, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or account compromise.

8. Changes to the Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any future changes.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be handled under Polish jurisdiction.
